Job Title: Integration Engineer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as client-focused consulting professional able to analyse detailed customer issues. Communicates regularly with Client Services, Operations, Executives, clients & vendor contacts and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of applications by understanding and determining the best solution/practices based on the network complexities, platform and other criteria with respect to standards and policies of regulatory authorities.
  • Performs configuration and integration setup and testing activities, including SQL programming for data imports and exports.
  • Works cross functionally to anticipate and remove technical barriers to project success. Drives project technical issues through to resolution.
  • Prepares documentation describing new client contacts, escalation paths, SLA’s, interfaces and other processes.
  • Provides post project/Integration support activities as needed.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent business situations as needed.
  • Maintain and communicate current and accurate project status information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux/IBM environment.
  • Ability to manage SQL processes including creating and maintaining stored procedures, tables and functions within MS SQL / My SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with LAN, WAN, connectivity issues and web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with secure file transfer methods.
  • Familiarity with different programming languages like JAVA, Dot Net, etc.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance practices of WebTrust.
  • Must have a customer service attitude with the ability to build positive relationships with the clients and internal constituents.
  • Ability to interact with tact and diplomacy with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • Ability to proactively communicate effectively both written and verbal, as well as to interact in a professional manner at all times.

Job Title: VAPT Tester

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovation within the context of the Vulnerability and Penetration Testing (VAPT) program in relation to both process and technology.
  • Design, implement, and support VAPT solutions identified as necessary for the protection of Firm assets.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the VAPT function.
  • Serve as the system owner for common VAPT toolsets, platforms, and processes.
  • Provide assessment reports that are easily understandable by the target audience and include practical and reasonable recommendations based upon sound risk management principles.
  • Assess the sufficiency of policies, standards and procedures relative to VAPT best practices.
  • Engage in continual environmental monitoring to understand the threat environment relative to the organization.
  • Provide input into security risk assessments by leveraging specialized knowledge.
  • Report compliance failures for immediate remediation.
  • Maintain assigned systems to ensure availability, reliability, integrity, including the oversight of current and projected capacity, performance, and licensing.
  • Define, create, and delivers status reports and relevant metrics.
  • Contribute to the Firm's security-related information repositories and other marketing/awareness endeavors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree or substantial equivalent experience
  • One (1) to Two (2) year(s) of professional experience in information security with a focus on vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Commanding knowledge of VAPT concepts and best practices
  • Expert understanding of the difference between a vulnerability assessment and a penetration test in the context of assessment scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience with common automated VAPT tools
  • Proficiency with other common attack tools and frameworks
  • Ability to validate the presence of identified vulnerabilities with accuracy.
  • Mastery of common application platforms and technologies in order to effectively understand and evaluate complex application assessments via the use of manual techniques and simple tools such as proxies.
  • Knowledge of common scripting and programming languages is advantageous.
  • Ongoing commitment to understanding the threat landscape and common adversary motivations/practices. Ability to quickly adapt practices to evolving circumstances.
  • Ability to maintain critical thinking and composure under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts to nontechnical constituents. Proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Capable of providing assistance with the preparation of internal training materials and documentation.
  • Ability to be productive and maintain focus without direct supervision.
  • Understands VAPT in the context of risk management and organizational priorities.
  • Passionate in the practice and pursuit of VAPT excellence.
  • CISSP or SSCP certification preferable.

Job Title: UAT Tester

Experience: 4+ Years

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing leadership, responsibility and management of UAT development and execution with a focus on strategic testing processes and procedures to enable testing activities and ensure that company standards and specifications are met.
  • The duties and responsibilities include multi-channel applications, test management, communication and test reporting, test planning, defect and data management.
  • The UAT Lead will collaborate with counterparts in other business units and in each technical area to ensure effective end to end testing is done for all the products.
  • The UAT lead will perform some or all the following types of testing: user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability.
  • This includes the responsibility for ensuring the testing strategy and process is in alignment with industry best practices, staying abreast of all pertinent testing standards and communicates articulately this direction to senior business leadership, engineers and others in the organization so they can drive and support the efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree or substantial equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as a UAT Tester.
  • Basic knowledge in programing languages of JAVA and Dot Net.
  • Fluent in SQL Queries and stored procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in product deployment/configuration in Tomcat server.
