He has a rich experience of over 35 years in carrier grade telecom solutions and related IT infrastructure domain, with vast expertise in GSM, Value Added Platforms, IN, Billing Systems, Customer Care Applications, Call Centers, Fraud Management Applications, Network Security, Virtual Network, Cloud Services, IOT, OSS / BSS solutions, Big Data and Data analytics.

Navaneetha Gopala Krishnan

General Manager

Over 15+ years of experience in PKI infrastructure setup having managed a large team for the largest CA in India in his last assignment. His role included policy advisory, PKI governance and compliance, technology development for business operations, architecture of remote signing and managing key client relationships.

He is spearheading emdha’s growth through technological advancements, product innovation and customer success to fulfil the goal of enabling Kingdom’s digital transformation drive as part of the Vision 2030.

Dynamic and versatile Engineering/Management professional with strong business-acumen and excellent interpersonal skills, Sivaraman is an expert in aligning technological strategies with corporate goals and driving major initiatives. He has diversified expertise in a career spanning more than 20 years in the ICT industry.

Sivaraman is an Engineering graduate with an MBA in Technology Management.

In emdha, he heads the Quality Assurance (QA) and Internal Audit Function. It involves building QA capability, managing QA mandates, providing technical leadership, and introducing the best practices. He is responsible for Certificate Policies, Practices and Compliance, whilst maintaining strong industry knowledge of regulations, changes, trends, and impacts to the business.

Yasser leads emdha’s Production & IT operations, helping emdha’s product & services meet and exceed the technology needs of its customers. He heads a team responsible for running Production operations, integrating and streamlining systems and implementing new digital capabilities to improve performance and efficiency. His team also ensures the security and stability of emdha’s IT infrastructure.

Yasser is a passionate, results-focused, and highly experienced ICT professional with +21 years of experience in the Digital and Information Technology industry working in mission critical industries with sensitive customers in many fields such as PKI, Telecom, Education and Health Care.

His expertise is in Private Key Infrastructure (PKI) & CA Administration, Data Centre Design Building and Operations, Enterprise Network & Security Solutions, IT Services Management, Data and System Integration and Migration, Virtualization and Cloud Computing, Disaster Recovery and Consultancy Services.

Naif directs emdha's Operations & Support team by following organizational practices and goals. He ensures compliance with all internal & external organization standards and regulations as a step towards sustained quality of delivered service. He has experience in data center operations, digital transformation operations, supporting customers, and developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive maximum value from the delivered services.

He heads a team responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process and providing training and support to maximize product usage. The team monitors customers' health indicators, identifies potential issues, proactively offers solutions, and gathers and analyzes customer feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement.
